Feeling alone on this new journey of navigating life after having a baby? Having thoughts that you’re a failure as a parent? Not good enough? Are you having upsetting thoughts that you don’t want to share with anyone? Trying your hardest to keep it all together?

You don’t have to do it alone. It’s okay to not have it all together. Let's make some time for you, so you can take care of your new baby and family too. You are worth it. Please reach out to talk. We're here.

Our therapists also see pregnant women that are needing support with the many changes and complications that occur during pregnancy.
